Bentech360 Onboarding Process
Thank you for your interest in taking our Project Management training. Before your registration, we would like to provide you with important information regarding the onboarding process:
a) Requirements:
- Please ensure that you have a working laptop/phone/tablet and strong access to the Internet.
- Kindly confirm your availability for the training dates before finalizing your enrollment.
b) Platform for Classes:
- Our classes will be conducted on Microsoft Teams. We recommend that you download and install the Teams app on your phone in preparation for the commencement date.
c) Payment Information:
- The total training cost is 250,000 naira. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of your training.
d) Trainee Status and Refund Policy:
- Upon making the payment, you will be officially recognized as a trainee, and please note that payments are non-refundable.
e) Attendance and Recording:
- In the event of an inability to attend a session, trainees are required to watch the recorded videos of the training.
f) Virtual Training Etiquette:
- Trainees are expected to join the virtual platform with their full names for easy identification. Failure to do so may result in denial of access to the training ro
g) Recording and Access to Materials:
- Daily training sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our learning management system for your access. Any changes to this schedule will be communicated to you promptly.
h) Access to Training Materials:
- Please note that training videos uploaded to our learning management system are not downloadable and will be accessible for up to two months after the training.
i) Assignments and Final Test:
- Trainees are required to complete and submit any assignments given, as well as take the final test.
j) Certificate Issuance:
- Only trainees who fulfill all necessary requirements within the allocated time frame will be issued a certificate. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the certificate.
k) Code of Conduct:
- Trainees are expected to maintain decorum on the WhatsApp group and training platform, adhere to rules and regulations, and show respect to fellow trainees and facilitators.
l) Media Release Agreement:
- By participating in our programs, events, or activities, you grant BFI and BenTech360 the right to use photographs, video, or audio recordings for promotional or educational purposes.
